Terms of Service

By requesting services from D&D Landscaping LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Estimates and Scheduling

Service estimates provided via email, phone, or in person are not guaranteed contracts. Final pricing may be subject to property inspection. Scheduling is strictly subject to our team's availability and weather conditions.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless a seasonal or recurring contract has been specifically arranged in writing.

3. Liability

D&D Landscaping LLC is fully insured. However, we assume no liability for pre-existing property conditions, hidden utility lines not disclosed to us, or damage caused by acts of nature.

4. Governing Law

These terms and any services provided shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire.
